Intake Specialist (Bilingual English/Spanish), Nights and WeekendsLira Solutions LTDA, a staffing company, is hiring Intake Specialists to support a personal injury law firm based in the United States.
You will be the first point of contact for new clients, working from our Florianópolis office during U.S. evening and weekend hours.Location:Remote (Will be opening an office in BAires in the next few months)ResponsibilitiesAnswer inbound calls, texts, and web leads from potential clients in English and SpanishScreen new inquiries and gather accident details, injury information, and insurance dataEnter and update leads in the firm's case management system accurately and on timeSend engagement agreements and authorizations for electronic signature and follow up until signedSchedule consultations and hand off qualified cases to the legal teamFollow up with leads who have not yet signedRequirementsFluent English and fluent Spanish (written and spoken).




Both are required.Availability to work nights and weekends on a consistent scheduleCollege degree or 3+ years of customer service, call center, or office experienceCalm, professional phone manner and the ability to speak with people who have just been through an accidentFast, accurate typing and strong attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office; legal intake or CRM software experience is a plusAbility to handle confidential information responsiblyCompensation(USD, paid monthly via international wire)$1,000Additional compensation for candidates with prior U.S. law firm or legal intake experience.
