Bring It On is seeking a remote customer support specialist to help players enjoy our skill games and earn rewards.
You will respond to inquiries via iMessage, Messenger, Intercom and email, resolve issues, and relay feedback to the product team.You'll build deep knowledge of game features, onboard new players, monitor patterns with analytics, and collaborate on promotions to enhance player experiences.
Fluency in English and iGaming experience are essential.
