We are looking for a Cash Application Analyst to join our integral team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytical professional who enjoys working with financial data, resolving payment allocation issues, and collaborating with international stakeholders to support the Firm's cash application processes in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
What will be your impact?
Process and accurately allocate cash receipts to client invoices, ensuring compliance with Firm policies and procedures.
Review daily banking activity, investigate unidentified or unmatched payments, and resolve allocation issues.
Monitor, analyze, and report on unallocated or suspense funds, escalating matters as needed.
Resolve complex cash application discrepancies by collaborating with Finance teams and internal stakeholders.
Ensure all assigned activities are completed accurately, confidentially, and within agreed service levels.
Support ongoing cash application and broader finance-related activities while adapting to evolving business needs.




What will help you succeed in this opportunity?
University studies or degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, International Trade, or related fields.
Advanced or Bilingual English (mandatory).
Portuguese language skills are considered a plus.
Previous experience in Cash Application, Accounts Receivable, Finance, or a related area.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience working with financial or accounting systems; SAP knowledge is a plus.
Interest in leveraging AI tools and technology to improve efficiency and productivity.
Excellent communication, organization, flexibility and time management skills.
