Brindar soporte analítico en los procesos de cierre, presupuesto y proyecciones, contribuyendo a la toma de decisiones estratégicas y a la mejora continua de los procesos del área.Rol : Proyecciones y ModeladoElaborar y consolidar las proyecciones financieras de corto, mediano y largo plazo.
Desarrollar modelos financieros que capturen las premisas del negocio y analizar las evoluciones para dar soporte en la presentación de resultados al Board.Presupuesto y PlaneamientoParticipar activamente en la ejecución del proceso presupuestario.
Interactuar de manera fluida con los stakeholders principal y asegurar integridad de información.Control de Gestión y Revenue ManagementMedir continuamente los principales indicadores de negocio para poder diagnosticar la evolución de la venta, y explicar principales desvíos asociados a la misma.ReportingConsolidar los indicadores de gestión del país y reportar a Brasil.Mejora Continua e InterlocuciónIdentificar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos financieros, proponiendo mejores prácticas y desarrollando herramientas de gestión.What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?
Requisitos Formación: Graduado/a en Ciencias Económicas (Administración de Empresas, Contador Público, Economía o afines).
Experiencia: Al menos 2 a 5 años de experiencia previa en roles de Planeamiento Financiero (FP&A;),



Control de Gestión o Análisis Financiero.Herramientas: Dominio avanzado de Excel (modelado financiero) y herramientas de visualización/bases de datos (SAP, etc.).
Experiencia en automatización de procesos y manejo de datos (Power Query, SQL, etc).
Conocimiento en programación deseable.Habilidades: Fuerte capacidad analítica, autonomía, proactividad, visión de negocio y excelentes habilidades de comunicación para interactuar como Business Partner.
