You will prepare budgets, valuations and change orders while analyzing design packages and collaborating with the technical team on cost reporting.The role requires 3+ years of experience, strong knowledge of cost systems (CostX, BIM measures) and proficiency with Excel and AutoCAD.
A proactive, team-oriented professional is essential to succeed in this environment.
