In this role, you'll lead cross-functional programs that span Engineering, Product, Threat Research, and Operations - ensuring teams stay aligned, dependencies are managed, and critical products ship on time to protect millions of users worldwide.What you'll doOwn product delivery across the full software development lifecycle - requirements, design, development, testing, and release - across both cloud and appliance-based product linesDrive alignment across Engineering, Product, Threat Research, Operations,



and Customer Support on programs that span multiple teams and timelinesCoordinate across multiple Agile teams using scaled Agile practices including aligning sprints, managing cross-team dependencies, and driving program-level delivery rhythmTurn program complexity into clear, strategic updates for senior leadershipLead strategic planning and end-to-end delivery for multiple programs simultaneously, balancing long-term goals with day-to-day executionManage cross-team dependencies, surface blockers early, and drive timely decisions to keep programs on trackEngage with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors, providing clear visibility into program status and risksEvaluate scope changes and shifting priorities, communicating impact clearly and aligning teams on the path forwardBuild and maintain proactive risk management practices across all programsMentor intermediate program managers and contribute to building a high-performing,
