About the RoleOur client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Web Designer to join their remote team.
This role is responsible for designing engaging, user-friendly, and visually stunning websites and web applications that align with brand standards and user experience best practices.
You will lead design projects, mentor junior designers, and collaborate closely with developers and product managers to bring innovative digital experiences to life.
The idóneo candidate possesses a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in modern web design principles, responsive design, and a deep understanding of the creative process from concept to execution in a fully remote setting.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design of complex websites and web applications, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes,



and high-fidelity visual designs for web interfaces.Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure brand consistency across digital platforms.Collaborate effectively with front-end and back-end developers to ensure design feasibility and successful implementation.Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on design solutions.Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of design excellence.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Design, Interactive Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in web design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in responsive design and UI/UX principles.Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
