You will own client accounts, coordinate multi-workstream deliveries, and ensure hands-on oversight of hardware deployments and cabling.You will manage the full ticket lifecycle in Jira/ServiceNow, review budgets and SOWs, and mentor a small team of technicians and coordinators across onsite and remote tasks.
