5+ years of professional experience
Core Requirements
Python / FastAPI (Pydantic, SQLAlchemy, Alembic)
React and/or TypeScript
PostgreSQL
AWS and/or GCP
Strong SQL/BigQuery experience.
Strong testing practices and high test coverage.
Hands-on experience with FHIR R4 and HL7 v2.x and/or C-CDA.
Healthcare experience, particularly HIPAA/PHI.
A healthcare background and knowledge of interoperability standards are preferred, but initially, we're open to considering candidates who don't have this experience if they are technically very strong.
