Ryz Labs is seeking a Staff/Senior Product Designer to support the Intake Operations team of one of our clients.
You'll take ownership of problems, not tickets, diving into the product, talking to users, and producing specs engineers can build from. You'll live with engineers in Linear, have weekly customer calls, and ship work openly with direct feedback from the founder.
We expect strong English communication and a bias for ambiguity as the norm.
