We are looking for a highly driven and relationship-oriented Partner Operations to oversee and expand our strategic partnerships across multiple verticals related to healthcare sectors.This role requires a strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment, demonstrates high ownership, and can navigate complex relationships with easePartner ResponsibilitiesOwn the day-to-day operational management of partner relationships and programsSupport efficient partner onboarding and help ensure a smooth launch experienceBuild and maintain onboarding workflows, documentation, training materials, and SOPsMake sure partners have the tools, information, and support they need to succeedCross-functional coordinationServe as the internal point of coordination across partnerships, sales, marketing, customer success, finance, legal, and operationsHelp ensure partner initiatives are executed on time and with strong attention to detailCoordinate follow-up on partner leads, co-marketing efforts, event opportunities, and strategic projectsTrack deliverables, owners, deadlines,



and outcomes across partner initiativesOperational systems and process improvementBuild scalable systems and processes that improve execution and visibility across partnershipsMaintain accurate partner records in CRM and other internal systemsDevelop dashboards and tracking for partner performance and pipeline contribution Identify workflow gaps or inefficiencies and proactively improve themReporting and performance trackingTrack partner-sourced opportunities, referrals, revenue contribution, campaign performance, and engagementPrepare recurring reports for leadership on partner activity, results, and opportunities for improvementHelp measure ROI across partnerships, events, referral channels, and co-marketing programsSupport forecasting and planning with clear operational reportingCommunication and relationship supportHelp manage partner communication in a timely, professional, and organized mannerDraft partner updates, follow-up materials, meeting notes, and internal summaries Support the partnerships team in preparing for meetings, business reviews, events, and launchesEnsure follow-through on commitments made to partners and internal teams
