The role contributes to an efficient and reliable Accounts Payable operation by ensuring transactions are processed accurately and on time in accordance with each country's legal requirements, issues are resolved proactively, and Accounts Payable processes continuously improve while maintaining strong controls and a high level of customer service.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProcess supplier invoices and documents, reviewing appropriate documentation, approvals, purchase order information, tax requirements, and accounting details.Identify, analyze, and resolve invoice exceptions, blocked invoices, duplicate invoices, and other processing issues.Generate reports and monitor and contribute to Accounts Payable KPIs, including invoice processing timeliness.Identify recurring issues and implement opportunities to simplify, standardize, and/or automate Accounts Payable processes.Ensure Accounts Payable activities are performed in compliance with company policies, internal controls, and applicable procedures, maintaining accurate and complete supporting documentation for transactions.Deliver activities according to agreed SLAs and operational targets, prioritizing critical invoices, supplier issues, and payment-related activities to ensure timely resolution.Share best practices and contribute to team knowledge, process documentation,



and continuous improvement.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRINGAdvanced student or graduate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable, Finance, Accounting, Shared Services, or a related field.Intermediate or advanced English proficiencyPREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLSAnalytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and proactivity.Results-oriented, with the ability to prioritize workload and meet agreed SLAs and operational targets.Teamwork and strong interpersonal skills, with a customer-service mindset.High degree of commitment, accountability, and responsibility.Knowledge of Accounts Payable and basic accounting principles.Experience working in a multinational or Shared Services / Global Business Services environment is an advantage.SAP FI module knowledge (preferred).
Programming and automation/reporting tools such as VBA, RPA, or Tableau (preferred).
