The Opportunity

The General Operations Specialist plays a key role in supporting operational excellence across the Clients & Industries (C&I;) organization. This role focuses on enabling strategic priorities, optimizing processes, and facilitating collaboration across domains, functions, and pods to deliver agility and impact.

The C&I; organization has six Domains, each with individual needs and differing maturity: Insights, Industry, Demand Generation, Client Excellence, Sales & Commercial Excellence, and Enablement & Technology.

This position sits within the Business Enablement – Business Management Office and supports the C&I; organization through three key functions:



Strategic Operations, Core Services, and Performance & Data Insights. Strategic Operations works through pods aligned to each of the six domains, working alongside Core Services and Performance & Data Insights to deliver seamless operational support and strategic execution.

Success in this model depends on agility—the ability to learn quickly, adapt as priorities change, and drive execution while staying responsive to evolving demands.

The primary stakeholder is the Domain Strategy Execution Leader, although this role will work with the Domain Leader and the rest of the Domain team.
