The Opportunity
The Program Manager will provide dedicated support to the CTO helping translate strategic priorities into coordinated execution across the organization. The role will manage key operational requirements, coordinate cross-functional priorities, drive follow-through,



and support the effective delivery of strategic initiatives and organizational capabilities.
This role requires a proactive, highly organized and strategically minded individual who can operate with discretion, work effectively with senior stakeholders, and bring structure and clarity to complex priorities. The Program Manager will serve as an integrator, advisor and execution partner, connecting work across teams, establishing effective operating rhythms, identifying risks and dependencies, and ensuring commitments progress from decision through execution.
