Blacksmith Agency seeks a senior Product Design Systems Designer to own how client design systems are built, from tokens to components, across multiple brands. This is a senior, systems-first role focused on scalable, repeatable architecture rather than one-off pages. You will work remotely from Latin America, ensuring alignment with US business hours and delivering precise, cross-brand design systems that can scale with client needs.
