We're a US ag-tech company. We manufacture InteliGel, a patented delivery platform and an inert carrier for other inputs. It goes into the soil at planting, holds water in the root zone and releases it as the soil dries, addressing water scarcity, nitrogen efficiency and soil erosion. It has been through multi-year field trials with research farms across the Midwest and West.

The role

We’re looking for a Media Buyer to own our paid advertising. You’ll decide where our budget goes, launch and manage campaigns, and turn ad spend into qualified leads for our sales team. This is a hands-on, numbers-driven role with real ownership from day one.

What you’ll do

• Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube and other channels as we grow
• Build and test audiences, ad sets and creative angles to find what works
• Track performance daily and shift budget toward the best-performing campaigns
• Report weekly on cost per lead, cost per acquisition, return on ad spend and lead quality




• Work with our GHL specialist and sales team so leads turn into real sales opportunities
• Brief designers and copywriters on the creative we need to test next

What we’re looking for

• 6+ years of hands-on media buying experience managing real budgets
• Clear written and spoken English
• Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• A track record of lowering cost per lead or improving return on ad spend, with numbers to show it
• Comfortable with analytics, tracking pixels, UTM parameters and conversion setup
• Able to work with some overlap with US business hours

Nice to have

• Experience with LinkedIn Ads and Reddit Ads
• Experience marketing to farmers, growers or other agricultural audiences
• B2B or lead generation experience
• Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRMs
