We are looking to add an exceptional Guest Experience Manager to our team—someone who will guarantee excellence and elevate the ultra-luxury experience at our Resort. We are not looking for someone who just manages from an office; we are seeking a visible, empathetic, and passionate hospitality leader capable of coordinating daily operations, connecting deeply with our guests, and spearheading the resort's most exclusive events.
Key Challenges & Responsibilities:
• Operational Alignment & Leadership:



Partner with key department heads to ensure seamless operational flow and strict compliance with our excellence standards.
• Resort Host: Serve as the visible face of the resort, personally welcoming estate owners, celebrities, and VIP guests.
• Event Leadership: Ensure the flawless execution of luxury weddings, corporate retreats, and high-end brand activations.
• Culture of Excellence: Maintain the highest general quality benchmarks (LHW / LQA) and guide the team toward continuous success.

What We Are Looking For:
• Proven Track Record: A minimum of 3 years leading operations in ultra-luxury hotels or resorts.
• Host Profile: Demonstrated experience in driving peak operational performance and delivering top-tier luxury hospitality service.
