As a Deals Capital Markets PMA you will support clients through complex accounting advisory and financial reporting matters tied to deals, transaction structures, and capital markets topics within our Deals practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex issues, build meaningful client connections, guide junior team members, and apply critical thinking to deliver work that aligns with project goals and changing business needs.



In this role at PwC, you will help clients navigate mergers, divestitures, restructuring, and other transformational events, while deepening your technical knowledge and contributing to engagements that value clear communication, sound judgment, and professional growth.

Responsibilities
- Analyzing complex accounting advisory and financial reporting issues across mergers, divestitures, restructurings, and other transformational business events
- Advising clients on technical accounting treatment, capital markets transactions, and deal structures for public and private situations
- Interpreting financial reporting requirements, accounting policies, and regulatory guidance to support transaction execution
- Developing accounting models and transaction analyses that inform conclusions on revenue recognition, merger accounting, and carve-out financial statements
- Coordinating deliverables across deal workstr
