The Role




As an Operations Associate / Analyst, you will be responsible for executing day-to-day financial and operational workflows for Regen’s client.
This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role focused on accuracy, reliability, and process discipline. You will work closely with a Client Lead and embed directly into client operations, ensuring payments, approvals, documentation, and controls are executed correctly and on time.
This role is idóneo for someone who enjoys structured work, takes ownership, and wants to grow into a senior operations or finance role within Web3. High performers will quickly take on increased responsibility, client ownership, and process leadership.
What You’ll Do
You’ll support the delivery of Regen’s Operations Service Line across multiple clients, including:
Financial & Payment Operations
• Execute end-to-end accounts payable and receivable (AP/AR), expense processing, and payment runs
