We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our client's sales team. This is a high-volume outbound sales role focused on contacting potential customers, understanding their current business needs, overcoming objections, and booking qualified appointments for the sales consultants. The idóneo candidate is energetic, resilient, competitive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires someone with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle rejection while consistently meeting daily targets. This position also offers a long-term growth opportunity, with the potential to transition into a Sales Consultant role.

Responsibilities Of The Role
- Make approximately 100 outbound cold calls per day to prospective customers.




- Contact businesses currently investing in competing products or services.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their current experience and identify potential opportunities.
- Present the company's value proposition and generate interest in its services.
- Handle objections and overcome initial resistance to secure qualified appointments.
- Schedule 3–5 demos or appointments daily for the sales consulting team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Participate in daily training sessions and call reviews to continuously improve sales performance.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to personal development and long-term growth within the company.
