The Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate, timely estimates in support of company revenue, margin, and backlog objectives.
Location: LATAM 100% Remote.
Working hours are based on the US Central Daylight Time Zone.

Essential Job Functions:
- Prepare estimates in accordance with company standards and procedures.
- Review drawings, specifications, and scopes of work to identify quantities, assumptions, and exclusions.
- Develop estimates using approved tools, systems, and templates.
- Participate in bid strategy discussions and scope reviews.
- Identify scope gaps, assumptions, exclusions, and estimating risks.
- Support pursuit and proposal efforts through accurate, timely estimating input.





Required Education and Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in commercial construction estimating or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated understanding of estimating processes and procedures.
- Experience working with estimating software and takeoff tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- 100% remote office environment with high-speed internet
