Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Crypto Algorithmic Trading Specialist. The specialist will design, implement, and optimize algorithmic trading strategies across major cryptocurrency exchanges, including backtesting, performance monitoring, and risk management. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing market data, developing quantitative models, coding and maintaining trading bots, and ensuring robust execution and trade lifecycle management.

The role will collaborate with leadership to align trading approaches with broader strategic and ethical frameworks,



including disciplined risk controls and capital allocation. The specialist will also provide regular reporting on trading performance, communicate market insights, and support continuous improvement of tools, processes, and client or stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong trading and crypto market skills, including experience with algorithmic strategies, order execution, and risk management.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and customer support skills to explain complex concepts clearly and respond to stakeholder inquiries professionally.
- Candidates should possess solid commercial management and following up skills to manage relationships, track opportunities, and ensure timely completion of trading and operational tasks.
- Strong quantitative and programming skills (e.g., Python, R, or similar), with experience using APIs, data feeds, and backtesting frameworks.
- Understanding of blockchain technology, major crypto assets, DeFi platforms, and relevant regulatory and compliance considerations.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting, with high attention to detail, integrity, and disciplined decision-making.
- Relevant academic background in finance, economics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in algorithmic or high-frequency trading, quantitative research, or crypto market making is highly beneficial.

Compensation: Base Salary: $172,000-$200,000
