Customer Service Representative (Front Office) **Full-Time, Hybrid Buenos Aires

Salary USD $1400 + commissions** We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a growing home services business. This is a key front office role focused on lead management, outbound calling, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from first contact to job completion.

This role is idóneo for someone highly organized, proactive, and comfortable handling a high volume of calls, especially outbound follow-ups for marketing leads.

You'll work closely with internal sales and operations teams and play an important role in making sure no lead is missed and every client is properly supported.

What You'll Do You'll handle incoming calls from new and existing leads and make consistent outbound calls to follow up on leads from platforms like Yelp and Angi. You'll manage clients throughout the entire process, from initial inquiry to project completion, ensuring internal follow-ups happen on time.

You'll support sales efforts, assist with virtual estimates when needed, communicate with clients across phone, email, and social channels, and help track leads and basic marketing data. You'll also step in to support other front office tasks when required.





What We Are Looking For We're looking for someone with strong English communication skills who is comfortable on the phone and confident making outbound calls. You should be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks at once in a fast-paced environment. Experience in customer service or front office roles is important, ideally within home services or a similar industry.

Must-have Skills Strong verbal and written English

Experience handling inbound and outbound calls

Comfort with high-volume outbound calling

Strong organization and follow-up skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Nice to have Experience working with leads from platforms like Yelp or Angi

Background in roofing, construction, or home services

Sales support or estimating experience

Role details This is a full-time independent contractor role

Schedule is Monday to Friday from 7 am to 2 pm (Pacific Time), with Saturdays from 10 am to 3 pm Pacific Time. No Sunday work.
