We are seeking a Delivery Manager with strong AI experience to join our team. Responsibilities

- Oversee the end-to-end execution of multiple initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external partners throughout project execution
- Monitor progress against established milestones and proactively address potential roadblocks
- Allocate resources effectively to maintain productivity and meet established timelines
- Facilitate regular status updates and reporting to keep leadership informed of ongoing initiatives
- Build and nurture strong working relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership
- Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating processes and implementing more efficient ways of working
- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability among all contributors
- Manage budgets and financial tracking to ensure initiatives remain within approved limits
- Support talent development by coaching team members and encouraging professional growth
- Negotiate scope, timeline,



and resource adjustments with stakeholders as circumstances evolve

Requirements

- At least 5 years of relevant experience within a technical engineering environment
- A minimum of 2 years spent in senior, lead, managerial, or ownership-level positions
- Demonstrated success overseeing engagements involving teams of 5 or more full-time employees
- Deep knowledge of solution architecture principles combined with practical experience in Agentic AI
- Working proficiency in Python scripting along with a solid understanding of core AI technologies
- Experience applying Project Management methodologies to guide initiatives from start to finish
- Background in Digital Project Management, overseeing technology-driven project execution
- Skilled in Delivery Management practices, including those specific to cloud-based engagements
- Familiarity with Digital Marketing Project Management for coordinating marketing-related initiatives
- Fluent English communication skills at a B2 level or higher

Nice to have

- Holding a relevant certification (such as one applicable to Product Manager roles) would be considered an advantage
