You will be responsible for managing check-ins and check-outs, handling guest inquiries, and providing information about hotel services and local attractions.

Key Responsibilities - Perform efficient and courteous check-in and check-out procedures for guests.

- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide information on hotel amenities, services, and local points of interest.
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and assist with any special guest requests.




- Process payments accurately and maintain cash drawer integrity.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure rooms are ready and issues are resolved.

Requirements - Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar customer service role.

- Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) is a plus.
