They have a small team of engineers in LATAM and are looking to add a Golang Software Developer to the team. The idóneo candidate is proficient in backend development and Golang. You are self-motivated and a proven team player.

This role requires the candidate to speak English fluently, as it's a global team.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Golang
- Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements
- Use modern AI development tools to improve engineering speed and quality

Qualifications
- 3+ years of backend/SaaS development
- Strong experience with Golang (Go) or a similar backend language
- Expertise in backend development, Object Oriented Programming, Database Design, and XML Schema
- Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
- Comfortable using AI coding tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar
