Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide comprehensive technical support for hardware, software, network, and server issues for internal users. The role includes Level 2/3 support of AE infrastructure and reports to the IT Manager.
You will troubleshoot, log, escalate, and resolve incidents via the Service Desk, while deploying and maintaining IT assets and assisting with vendor coordination and procurement.
