Role Description
The Vendedor Digital is a full-time hybrid role based in Greater Buenos Aires, with a mix of on-site work and the option to work from home for certain tasks. In this position, the professional will manage digital sales processes, including responding to leads, conducting online consultations, and guiding prospects through the sales funnel for the academy’s programs and services.



Day-to-day responsibilities include following up with potential clients via email, messaging apps, and video calls; presenting offerings clearly; addressing questions; and closing sales while maintaining a high standard of customer service. The role also involves updating CRM or sales tracking tools, collaborating with marketing to optimize campaigns, and providing feedback on lead quality and client needs. The Vendedor Digital is expected to meet sales targets, maintain accurate records, and contribute ideas to improve digital sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital or inside sales, preferably in education, training, or service-based businesses.
- Strong communication skills in Spanish (verbal and written) and the ability to explain services clearly and persuasively.
- Comfort using digital tools such as CRM systems, messaging platforms, video conferencing tools
