Virtustant is seeking a Client Success Specialist to onboard new clients and explain services. You will manage subscription cancellations and communicate with clients via calls, video calls, and email to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
You will provide training, shadow colleagues to learn the role, and support clients with weekends and after-hours as needed. This is a full-time remote position with USD or local currency compensation.
