Job Title Senior Recruiter (360 Recruitment) Location Remote Time Zone EST (or overlap with EST hours) Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle (360) recruitment for a high-growth client in the podcast and digital media industry. This role is heavily focused on high-volume hiring across sales, technology, and marketing functions. The idóneo candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, is confident managing multiple hiring pipelines, and excels at partnering with hiring managers to deliver results quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities - Own full-cycle (360) recruitment across multiple role types and seniority levels

- Manage high-volume hiring pipelines for a key media-focused client
- Partner closely with hiring managers to scope roles and drive hiring priorities
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn and other channels
- Conduct candidate screening and interviews through to offer stage
- Maintain accurate hiring data, reporting,



and pipeline tracking within ATS Required Qualifications - Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or 360 Recruiter managing full-cycle hiring
- Demonstrated success in high-volume recruiting across diverse functions
- Prior remote work experience is non-negotiable, including fluency with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, ATS platforms); candidates must have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies - applications without this experience will not be considered
- Strong stakeholder management and candidate communication skills
- Ability to work consistently within EST hours and manage multiple active searches Preferred Qualifications - Background in agency recruitment or embedded client-side recruiting
- Experience recruiting within podcasting, media, or digital content industries
- Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and similar tools Tools & Technology - Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing platforms
- Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace
- Scheduling and interview coordination tools
