Support service-shop operations by turning technician findings into accurate estimates, work orders and invoices.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare estimates and invoices from technician diagnostic findings.
- Manage work orders and follow up with technicians.
- Track and order parts and maintain the shop schedule.

Qualifications

- 2+ years supporting operations in a mechanical service shop, HVAC, automotive,



heavy-equipment or trade-repair business.
- Hands-on estimates or quoting, work orders and invoicing.
- Strong spoken and written English.

Nice-to-Haves:
- Fire-truck, diesel or specialized-apparatus service operations.
- Parts inventory and dispatch or service coordination.
