About The Role Plan, create and manage our clients' social media presence to grow their audience and engagement.

Responsibilities - Plan and schedule content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok - Write captions and create simple graphics and short videos - Engage with followers and answer comments and messages - Track performance and report on reach,



engagement and growth - Keep up with trends and suggest new content ideas - Work with designers and the client's team on campaigns Requirements - 2+ years managing social media for brands or businesses - Advanced English (C1 or higher), with strong writing skills - Experience with Canva and scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer or similar) - A portfolio of accounts you have managed - Creative and organized Nice To Have - Video editing (CapCut, Premiere or similar) - Experience running paid social campaigns - Marketing agency experience English Level Advanced (C1 or higher), written and spoken Schedule Full time, US business hours What We Offer - 100% remote work from your home country - Long-term positions with US-based companies - Payment in USD or local currency, according to your preference - Ongoing support from the Virtustant team
