The Role

As an Operations Associate / Analyst, you will be responsible for executing day-to-day financial and operational workflows for Regen’s client.

This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role focused on accuracy, reliability, and process discipline. You will work closely with a Client Lead and embed directly into client operations, ensuring payments, approvals, documentation, and controls are executed correctly and on time.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, takes ownership, and wants to grow into a senior operations or finance role within Web3. High performers will quickly take on increased responsibility, client ownership, and process leadership.

What You’ll Do

You’ll support the delivery of Regen’s Operations Service Line across multiple clients, including:

Financial & Payment Operations





- Execute end-to-end accounts payable and receivable (AP/AR), expense processing, and payment runs across fiat and crypto
- Prepare and maintain payment logs, trackers, and supporting documentation
- Prepare payment batches for bank transfers and multisig transactions
- Coordinate approvals using maker → checker → executor workflows
- Perform basic liquidity checks, balance reviews, and cash flow tracking

Payroll, Tax & Compliance Support

- Administer payroll platforms (e.g. Deel, Gusto, Toku), including validating inputs and running payroll cycles across jurisdictions
- Prepare for 1099 filing, including requesting, storing, and tracking W-9, W-8BEN, and W-8BEN-E documentation

Communication & Coordination

- Communicate day-to-day operational updates with clients, employees, and vendors via Slack, email, or Telegram
- Manage and monitor shared inboxes and billing email addresses
- Coordinate closely with the Regen delivery and bookkeeping teams to ensure accurate downstream accounting

Process & Risk Management

- Follow and continuously improve internal SOPs and operational playbooks
- Proactively flag risks, errors, missing information, or process gaps before they become issues
- Support the drafting and administration of contracts and agreements where required

Who You Are

- Exceptionally detail-oriented with a high standard for accuracy
- Comfortable building, following, and improving structured processes and SOPs
- Organized, reliable, and calm under pressure




- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently
- Confident working with numbers, transactions, reconciliations, and checklists
- Naturally proactive — you surface issues early and look for ways to improve systems
- Curious about Web3 and technology, with a strong desire to learn new tools and workflows
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, fully remote teams across multiple time zones

Required Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in operations or financial operations roles (e.g. AP / AR–focused roles)
- Strong Experience with crypto or fintech tooling, such as:
- Gnosis Safe, Squads, or other multisig / MPC wallet platforms
- Custody providers and centralized exchanges
- Blockchain explorers (e.g. Etherscan)
- Experience with modern banking and spend platforms, such as:
- Brex, Mercury, Ramp, or similar tools
- Strong spreadsheet skills, including:
- Filters and data validation
- VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
- SUMIF / SUMIF
- Pivot tables
- Basic reconciliation logic
- Must be comfortable working EST hours
