We need a competent Accounting Analyst who can thrive in a business that is growing rapidly. This role will report to our Senior Accountant. Compensation is $1,500 - $2,000 USD per month depending on qualifications, experience, and what you can bring to the business.

Job Requirements:

- Graduate or near graduation in Accounting or related fields.
- 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, auditing, or related fields. More experience is preferred.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment with minimal direction.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt based on feedback.
- Professional level of English proficiency (writing, speaking, reading, and listening).
- Able to work in Pacific Standard Time (PST) 7 am - 4 pm.
- Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Familiarity with Slack for team communication

Work includes but is not limited to:

Billing & Revenue Support

- Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time, based on contracts, purchase orders, and project milestones
- Verify billing details (rates, quantities, PO numbers, customer data) against contracts and supporting documentation before invoicing




- Coordinate with project managers and operations to gather billable information and confirm completed work
- Process invoice adjustments, credit memos, and change orders when necessary
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer and billing records in QBO
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all issued invoices and supporting backup
- Support month-end billing cutoff and reconcile billed vs. unbilled revenue
- Respond to customer billing inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Accounts Receivable

- Support the AR team in day-to-day collection activities
- Record and apply all customer payments accurately in QBO, matching them to the corresponding invoices
- Monitor the AR aging report and follow up on overdue balances through reminders and customer outreach
- Investigate and resolve unapplied payments, short payments, and billing disputes

Accounting Operations

- Perform periodic reviews and support audits to ensure compliance with internal financial procedures
- Assist with the monthly preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements
