Core Responsibilities

Strategic Technical Leadership
- ● Create libraries of reusable components, own and evolve design systems, and set development conventions.
- ● Define and enforce best practices, review pull requests for maintainability and quality, and challenge existing approaches.
- ● Provide coaching and technical mentorship, identify and address issues in code versioning, local execution, and builds.
- ● Generate refactoring strategies understanding impact, estimating execution time, and mitigating risks.
- ● Design operational plans and runbooks, capture metrics, define operational alerts, and maintain environment oversight.
- ● Define data interaction patterns and caching strategies,
