THE OPPORTUNITY

This is an opportunity to join OLIVER’s in-house team embedded with a leading global technology brand as a Program Manager , responsible for coordinating and delivering marketing programs and initiatives across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.

You’ll bring structure, visibility, and momentum to complex programs, translating priorities into clear plans, coordinating teams and partners, tracking progress, and ensuring deliverables move forward on time.

The role is adecuado for someone who is highly organized, proactive, comfortable managing multiple moving pieces, and confident communicating across different audiences. Strong communication skills are important, but the primary focus is program coordination, stakeholder management, and execution .

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Lead the day-to-day coordination and execution of multiple marketing programs and initiatives.
- Build and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and priorities.
- Track actions and deliverables through completion,



proactively addressing blockers and escalating risks when needed.
- Coordinate across client stakeholders, internal teams, specialist functions, and external partners to keep activities aligned and moving forward.
- Maintain clear and accurate program documentation, trackers, status updates, and reporting.
- Support the execution of campaign, customer, and event-related initiatives, coordinating the operational activities required for successful delivery.
- Coordinate stakeholder and program communications, ensuring clarity around priorities, actions, responsibilities, and next steps.
- Support financial and administrative aspects of program delivery, including budget and forecast tracking, reporting, and reconciliation where required.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and ways of working, including the effective use of Gen AI and automation.
