Félix is seeking a results-driven Lead Data Analytics to steer Growth analytics across Marketing, Product, and Partnerships. You will own end-to-end analytics strategy for paid media, referrals, CRM lifecycle, and cross-product expansion, mentoring a Data Analyst and a Data Scientist.
You will write advanced SQL, build models, and develop self-serve dashboards to enable rapid decision-making and scalable growth across our Latin American and US markets.
