About Wise Choice Remodeling

Wise Choice Remodeling is a Los Angeles based residential remodeling company serving Southern California and Northern California. We deliver full-service home renovation, including kitchens, baths, roofing, HVAC and more, through a licensed subcontractor model. Many of our clients finance their projects, and we help them through that process from application to funding.

The Role

You will be the administrative backbone of our customer financing process. Our project managers meet with homeowners and start financing applications. You make sure every application is complete, accurate, submitted on time and followed through until the project is funded. This is not an accounting role. It is a detail-oriented admin position focused on helping clients get their projects financed.

What You Will Do

- Prepare and submit financing applications with our lending partners based on information from project managers
- Collect and review client documents such as ID, proof of income and bank statements, and flag anything missing or inconsistent
- Track every application from submission to approval, conditions and funding, and keep status updated in our CRM
- Follow up with project managers and clients to resolve missing information quickly




- Coordinate loan document signatures and funding requests with lenders
- Resubmit declined applications to alternative lending options when appropriate
- Maintain a clear daily report of the financing pipeline for the sales and operations teams
- Handle sensitive client information carefully and follow our data security procedures

What We Are Looking For

- 2+ years of administrative experience, ideally supporting a sales, operations or back-office team
- Fluent English, written and spoken, for daily communication with US clients and project managers
- Very strong attention to detail and comfort with repetitive, process-driven work
- Organized, reliable and able to manage many open files at once
- Comfortable with online portals, CRM systems and Google Workspace or Excel
- Available to work hours aligned with US Pacific Time
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

Nice to Have

- Experience in consumer finance, loan processing, mortgages or any lending role
- Experience with US clients or US financial services
- Background in home improvement or construction

What We Offer

- $1,200 to $1,300 USD per month
