Freelance Talent Researcher — Argentina

Talentuch is an international recruitment agency. We help companies in the US, Canada, Europe, and other regions find IT, ERP, engineering, sales, marketing, and management professionals.

We are looking for a Freelance Talent Researcher based in Argentina to find potential candidates and prepare lists for our recruitment team.

This is a part-time, freelance opportunity that may grow into a full-time position, depending on our workload and your sourcing results and abilities.

Responsibilities

- Find candidates for positions assigned by Talentuch.
- Search LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
- Review profiles to see if candidates match the job requirements.
- Collect candidate information, including name, location, job title, experience, LinkedIn URL, and available contact details.
- Add candidate profiles to Google Sheets.
- Submit completed lists to our recruiters for outreach.

You do not need to contact candidates, conduct interviews, or communicate with clients. Our recruitment team handles these activities.





Payment

- Starting at $1 USD per qualified candidate profile sourced and added to Google Sheets.
- You are paid per profile, not per hour or interview.
- The rate may be higher for more difficult searches and is agreed upon before each assignment.
- We pay for profiles that match the assigned job requirements and contain the requested information.
- There is no fixed monthly salary or guaranteed workload.
- Payments are made monthly through Payoneer.

Requirements

- Based in Argentina.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Talent Sourcer or Recruiter is required.
- Intermediate or higher written English.
- Good online research skills.
- Ability to search LinkedIn and understand job requirements.
- Experience with Google Sheets.
- Attention to detail.
