Key Responsibilities - Oversee all hotel operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.

- Manage and motivate the hotel staff, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Handle guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to all hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Assist in managing budgets, controlling costs,

Requirements - Proven experience as a Duty Manager or in a similar senior management role within a luxury hotel.

- Strong understanding of hotel operations across Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Maintenance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and standard office applications.
