- Explain policy details, terms, and conditions clearly, ensuring clients understand their coverage.
- Manage client portfolios, including renewals, policy adjustments, and addressing any queries or concerns.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and insurance company representatives.
- Adhere to industry regulations and ethical standards, ensuring all advice and transactions are compliant.
Requirements - Proven experience as an Insurance Broker or in a similar client-facing insurance sales role.
- In-depth knowledge of various insurance products and the South African insurance market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Professional qualifications such as RE 1 and relevant industry certifications are essential.
