About the Role Our client is seeking an innovative and strategic Insurance Product Manager to lead product development initiatives, working entirely remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of insurance products, from ideation and market research to launch and ongoing management. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including underwriting, marketing, sales, and technology, to ensure products meet customer needs and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities - Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market analysis and business goals.

- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs assessments.
- Develop detailed product requirements and specifications for new and existing products.
- Oversee the development, launch, and ongoing management of insurance products.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and materials.




- Monitor product performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction, making data-driven adjustments.

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in product management , preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Proven ability to define and launch successful products.
- Strong understanding of the insurance landscape, including regulatory requirements and market dynamics.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Experience working effectively in a remote team environment .
