You will lead a team of BIM professionals, provide technical training, and collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to optimize the use of BIM technology.

Key Responsibilities - Develop, implement, and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and best practices for the organization.

- Lead and mentor the BIM team, providing technical support and training to project staff.
- Manage BIM project setup, model coordination, clash detection, and data management processes.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective integration of BIM throughout the design and construction lifecycle in Sandton .
- Evaluate and recommend new BIM technologies and software solutions to enhance efficiency and capability.




- Facilitate interdisciplinary coordination meetings and resolve BIM-related issues.

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
