About the Role Our client is looking for an experienced Pharmaceutical Project Manager to lead and coordinate key projects within their organization in Sandton . This role is instrumental in driving the successful execution of projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage cross-functional teams, stakeholder communications, and risk mitigation strategies, playing a crucial part in the company's strategic initiatives and pipeline advancement within the pharmaceutical sector .

Key Responsibilities - Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budget forecasting.
- Coordinate and lead project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks,

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Pharmacy, Science, Business); PMP certification is highly desirable.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, from concept to close-out.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical drug development lifecycle and regulatory processes.
