As part of our continued international expansion and ongoing finance transformation initiatives, we are looking for an experienced and strategic finance leader to join our team as Regional Controller for LatAm region.

This is a high-impact leadership role within our global Finance organization, offering the opportunity to shape and strengthen the controllership framework across multiple countries and business environments.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Group Controller, the Regional Controller will oversee end-to-end controllership activities across a strategic international region, ensuring the integrity, consistency, and governance of financial reporting and controls.

The role acts as the senior regional authority for accounting, financial reporting, governance, and compliance matters, partnering closely with regional leadership, auditors, shared service teams, and Group Finance.

This position is ideal for a senior finance professional who thrives in complex multinational environments, enjoys leading transformation and standardization initiatives, and combines strong technical expertise with business acumen and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead regional controllership activities across multiple countries and legal entities
- Ensure high-quality financial reporting, compliance, and governance standards
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes across the region
- Drive consistent application of IFRS, Group accounting policies, and local statutory requirements
- Act as the key regional escalation point for complex accounting and reporting matters




- Strengthen and oversee the regional internal control environment and audit processes
- Partner with senior business and finance stakeholders on governance, financial risks, and strategic initiatives
- Lead cross-country alignment, process harmonization, and finance transformation initiatives
- Develop and support regional controllership teams while promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- ACCA, ACA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification
- 12+ years of experience in controllership, audit, financial reporting, or senior finance leadership roles
- Strong expertise in IFRS and multi-country financial governance
- Proven experience in multinational and matrix organizations
- Experience managing senior finance teams across multiple geographies
- Strong understanding of internal controls, audit, and compliance frameworks
- Experience with ERP environments (SAP preferred)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English; additional languages are considered an advantage
- Willingness to travel within the region
