Acadia is seeking a Data & Billing Specialist to back up our finance leadership in a remote, part-time role (4 hours per day, EST). You will translate SOW terms into subscription models in Ordway, and ultimately manage Ordway daily with oversight from the Assistant Controller.
You’ll ensure Ordway-QBO syncing, support ad-hoc data requests, maintain data integrity across systems, and look for automation and workflow improvements using Ramp, Cube, Coupler, and SaasAnt.
