Key Responsibilities - Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.

- Design, develop, and implement new processes or modifications to existing ones to optimize production output and quality.
- Utilize data analysis, simulation tools, and engineering principles to evaluate process performance and predict outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and R&D;, to implement process changes and troubleshoot issues.
- Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, including P&IDs;,



standard operating procedures, and process flow diagrams.
- Stay abreast of new technologies and methodologies in process engineering and manufacturing to recommend innovations.

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Process Engineer or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of process simulation, data analysis tools, and statistical process control (SPC).
- Proven ability to design, optimize, and implement manufacturing processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, especially for effective remote teamwork.
