People Culture Talent is seeking a Technical Sourcer to lead the hunt for exceptional engineers and technical leaders across stages from pre-seed to pre-IPO. You’ll research, identify, and initiate outreach to candidates, building diverse pipelines for our clients. This fully remote role requires you to overlap 4–5 hours daily with PT business hours (9–6pm PT). You’ll partner with recruiters to refine searches, test messaging, and help shape world‑class engineering teams at every growth stage.
