Responsibilities - Execute planned and on-demand services following Abbott procedures and quality standards to meet operational and financial KPIs

- Document service activities in Abbott systems and deliver reports to healthcare institutions
- Manage spare parts inventory efficiently and rationalize consumption aligned with billing cycles
- Conduct periodic service reviews with clients to assess instrument performance and identify improvements




- Provide technical training and support to ensure customer satisfaction and equipment reliability Requirements - Technical or professional degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar field service roles within pharmaceutical industry
- Experience with equipment installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and remote support tools
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
- Own vehicle and availability to travel for customer visits and business needs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and healthcare IT systems
