We are seeking a Senior QC Scientist (BioAssay) to establish and lead a new QC Laboratory focused on bioassay methods.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing analytical methods, conducting method transfers, validation, authoring and reviewing SOPs, and supporting instrument qualification.

Key tasks include reviewing release and stability analyses, training team members, and ensuring compliance with validation and regulatory standards.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree or PhD in chemistry, biology, pharmacy, biotechnology, or related fields with at least 6+ years of experience in QC or analytical development or 3+ years with a PhD.

Required skills encompass a strong understanding of analytical science, validation concepts, risk-based approaches, and familiarity with systems like LIMS, SAS-Jmp, and SoftMaxPro. Experience with ELISA and pharmacopeia methods for biologics is essential.
